It sometimes happens that WhatsApp adds a status message (yellow background) stating that your conversations are now encrypted or that you're being added back to groups. Such status messages, added after the migration, could disrupt the correct order of conversations, but unfortunately nothing can be done as they're status messages inserted by WhatsApp itself.
However, if you scroll through the conversations, you'll see that all your messages were imported!
